Toss the chex mix. That's about the most evil thing short of chewing on Sugar cubes that you can possibly do...

ALL grains *must* go. At least for many, many months, possibly for the rest of your life. Veggie-wise, anything but beans (round, not string) and potatoes/yams/etc. are pretty much OK, except tomatoes for some people and bell peppers for others. However, if you've read the calorie info on the rest of the world's veggies - they're almost all 32kcals/100grams (aka eat almost 7 kilos = 15 pounds per day to get your FDA recommended daily minimum calories). So, a veggie diet ends up being a vegetable oil delivery system aka a liquid fat diet masquerading as veggies. It's actually NOT that bad for you compared to grains and sugars, but still...

That lands you right back at antibiotic-free meat (for all the world of suck that we get with this health condition, we get in exchange the ability to honestly call a huge slab of juicy ribeye HEALTHY). Or oily veggies, very oily at first while you hang around 50 grams of carbs or less per day until visible improvement. Yes, 50 grams aka less than 2 oz.

Lemme reiterate: NO GRAINS. And yes, that's something almost everyone agrees on, and not some dissenting opinion from the pharmaceuticals fans... Some of the organics lovers claim quinoa or brown-only rice are sorta OK, but CHEX MIX? NO LUV BIG NONO. It's not the gluten part that's evil, it's the fact that they are 50% bread 50% Sugar (both things you shouldn't even *look* at in the next few months).

Btw, Soy Milk and Soy Anything also must go.


PS you can say anything except schit and faq on here. even in thread names. hence, no need for hockey sticks.
