I don't know if I've mentioned this before on this forum but I think it is important. I read the statistics a few years ago about women going without bras and having less breast cancer. We need to go without a bra at least 12 hours a day. I think you can find the information by googling "dressed to kill". Anyway, that was at least eight years ago that I started going without a bra as much as possible. I remember being told by a doctor long before that that he thought he felt a lump and for me to watch out for it. I could feel a little something BUT my breasts were so fibrous that I really couldn't tell. Well, after going for years with only wearing a bra when I go somewhere, my breasts don't feel fibrous at all. I'm quite sure that it is much healthier for your breasts to be soft. I have no doubt that if and when I ever get cancer it WON'T be in my breast.
