Colon Twitching and Lactoferrin

My colon has been twitching like crazy lately. It twitches really fast like when a Horse twitches to get rid of a fly.

I was pretty sure it was a good thing. It has that healing feeling to it.

I discovered it could be due to Lactoferrin supplementation.
