Get your vitamin D level tested. Before I got my levels up I would get every cold and virus going around. I would get a cold every month or 2 and it would last 7-10 days minimum. That was when my vitamin D level was 12ng/ml --very deficient. My level is now around 72 and when I get sick, which is rare, the cold only hangs around a few days.
