Re: Why are Doctors so Darn discouraging?
My vision likely improved from my improvement in digestion and from my intestinal tract healing after getting my candida under control and adopting a gluten-free, dairy-free diet to help with my gluten-intolerance. When the small intestine is damaged, it can not properly absorb key minerals. The funny thing that I have realized recently is that as my small intestine heal, and I do a liver flush, I drink the
Epsom Salts , and my body, hungry for replenishment, absorbs most of the magnesium, leaving very little to produce the expected diarrhea. After the flushes, my vision gets a little bit clearer. My flush this weekend did wonders for my eyes!! I'm finally getting some noticeable improvement in my weaker eye.
Basically, it is matter of digestion, absorption, and assimilation. For me it was healing my small intestine with a GFDF diet and candida elimination. For someone else, it may be another intestinal irritant or liver or kidney issues. I say, keep searching for what could be interfering with your body's ability to absorb nutrients. Is it a limit on the nutrients being put in the body or is it a limit on the bodies ability to use those nutrients? That is the key.
