I wanted to say, that your posts are of great interest, and thank you for them.

Midge, did you do proper preparations: warming up and relaxing like taking a bath, putting a warm water bottle on your right side, and so on?
Besides, maybe timing is an issue? I read some few days/a week ago, that detox is the best on/after full moon and untill new moon. What do you think?

I'm going to do my 4-th Flush tonight, wish me good luck.
I'm having problems with my bowel movements (them not moving on their own) though, so I think to do Blessed Herbs right after, starting tomorrow night, but I'm not sure about it. I just posted it on Andreas forum, but am afraid, that he won't see it until some time later, so if you advise me on this, I appreciate it very much.
