Thanx all! Yeah, Mr. Cuddly, I shoulda picked up that you were funning. :-) Yes, alkaliza, I use salt water rinse after OP, I also use organic raw apple cider vinegar in water sometimes, too. Your supplement plan sounds good Molly, I think I need to start taking vitamin E again even though I eat a lot of wheat germ which contains a lot of it. Will check out the MegaFood supplement.

The truth is I had become very lax about OPing and am confident that as I continue to do it daily and be mindful of my health in other ways, the bleeding will pass.

I do think "less is more" when it comes to any kind of smoking, but am unwilling to give up weed entirely, as it's
a lot of fun and can help with my creativity. So will follow my inner guidance as to how often etc.
