I also had disc protrusion due to stupid chiro adjustment. My body has shank so much that the disc cracked under adjustment. Took me almost 2 years to heal and I still need another 6 months to completely heal it. It heals every 3 months - I think this is due to my body being acidic.

If you read my posts you will learn that I also tried many things but it did not work, some did a lot of improvement with energy, skin etc but none removed this acidic environmnt and I got worse, I can barely walk now, I believe it is acid and toxins related.
