Hakala is great! I have clients test with all the time.
I am a bodyworker but I end up talking up Iodine a lot.
If you do the test do the bromide test too, it is worth having a benchmark for bromide level.

itchy is normal detox. Some people find painting the Iodine on the itchy places helps, either straight or diluted. I am going through that again currently after 10 months on iodine.

are you salt loading?
