I really don't see the point in showing a preference to one flush protocol over any other. This information is freely available in the Cleansing section:

and his own web site.

I have a great deal of admiration for his work which is now over 25 years old. However, like everything in life, it requires amending to take account of information that has come to light since his book was first published.
