Ringworm Nightmare?

Long story short, we got two new kittens and didn't know they had ringworm. My husband and I got TONS of ringworm spots, luckyily caught them as they were coming out, and we kept getting new lesions for about 2 and a half weeks. OTC creams aren't working for us, and we don't really have the option to go to the doctors, as we are treating our kittens with medication from the vet so money is tight. We've started doing natural remedies, We tried diluted bleach (that just irritated them) we tried Tea tree oil which worked for a while, them seemed to slow down in healing again, now we are on Apple Cider Vinegar. I could really use support, as this is almost deperessing =/ My skin is extremely tight and dry. Is it supposed to be this way? Will it go away after the ringworm has gone? Any help would be appreciated.
