There is no reason for delaying the Epsom Salts until 7.30 except is was a freezing cold morning and I just took my time.

The turmeric and others herbs, particularly dandelion root are reported to increase the bile reflex; in the case of dandelion root up to 4 times. This is a normal reaction to many "bitter" herbs a vegetables.
