Well I bought the Magnesium Oil before I seen the research showing that it doesnt work.

..So i received it today and thought might aswel use it now.. And ive done the first 10 sprays all around my body.
So far I havent noticed any effects from it... but we'll see in the next few days. Its the BetterYou brand from in the uk.

but isnt oral IONIC MAGNESIUM better absorbed??
