The protocol is fresh in my mind as I have been taking the eyebright tincture and doing eyewashes for about the last week. I thought it was time I get rid of my 'readers'!!!

I did the eyewashes/eyebright tincture for 3 or 4 days last year and went from 150 to 100 readers. Then... I LET life get in the way and I didn't continue. The good thing is my eyes never went back to where they had been.

After 6 days back doing the protocol I am able to read many fonts without glasses, but still need them for fine print... things like paperback books and some sections of the newspaper. It is amazing how quickly the eyes clear and how BRIGHT the world becomes!
