Thank you for that information! I have never done a coffee enema, but I have done 17 Liver Flushes and I think my body really needs a break from doing them for awhile, but I still have stones so maybe this is something I can do instead! Do you just take one dose of the Epsom Salts 2 hr before doing the coffee enema?
