Vinegar can cause brain damage

Long term consumption of vinegar can cause brain damage.

PuppetMaster84: It would be interesting to know if the extreme anxiety you experience after drinking vinegar is due to the direct action of vinegar on the brain, or whether there is some other explanation for it.

It would be interesting to hear from anyone who has consumed large amounts of vinegar. Did you notice any effects on your brain, particularly your ability to think clearly?

Consuming large amounts of vinegar can also damage the gastrointestinal system.

The herb licorice (not the candy) is very good for anyone with adrenal fatigue.

Be aware: Too much licorice may cause fluid retention, or increase blood pressure.
