Yes, I used to eat kefir/yoghurt. But lately I am more into fermented stuff (miso, fermented veggies, etc.) Also take probiotic supplements with enzyme.

For Mag, I take Mag Glycinate. Vit C is the one friendly for my stomach (I am sensitive to Vit C, so need to find one that doesn't create pain for me, the one which is low acid, slow release, buffered, and moderate dose- I can't take high dose btw).

Good fats that I take: butter, EVOO, and coconut.(besides the meat: beef, chicken, occasionally free range pork). I also took avocado sometimes (not often, nowadays it's not the season of avocado). So yeah, it's more on the food I am eating (depends on the season though, I've been missing the coconut). The supplements that I take is cod liver oil/fish oil (i take different stuffs, but I feel no difference between the CLO & Fish oil, some others may say it's different for their body).

Others are minerals (I love minerals). And for my energy level, I take chinese licorice (drink the water, not the pill type).

About the postures, I am still doing some researching on it. I think if you want to know further, you may want to check with osteopath/chiropractor. I will certainly look into it once I settle this teeth issues first (a.k.a my root canals). At the moment, nothing else I can tell you, but if I found something beneficiall for others, I will post it here.
