Re: Headache due to low blood sugar or detox?

Soooo, this morning woke up with a major migraine so had to stop my fast AGAIN... :(

I've been researching low blood Sugar and insulin resistance and found this on medicine net:

"Patients with pre-diabetes who have insulin resistance can also have low blood sugars on occasion if their high circulating insulin levels are further challenged by a prolonged period of fasting."

A bad pancreas runs in my family which is why I've been trying to get healthy for years. Was hoping to fast to lose the weight (being overweight is not normal for me btw) because they say insulin resistance is caused by being overweight, but I can't fast because of the insulin resistance! I can't win for losing it seems.
