Wow; so I gotta say changing the supplement has NOT worked out. Brain fog most of last week, anxiety yesterday and Depression this am.
Enough is enough! I remember last time this happened was when I came off those supplements in Feb. I'm going on them again tomorrow and hopefully it works out. (There are other factors, but I'm guessing they wouldn't be that big a deal if I was back on the supplements)
I'll know by this time next week if it's changing things.
The one that really worked is: St John's Wort + Licorice + Withania. It's a tincture and the ingredients come from the Naturopathic College in Toronto (Impressive building!)
