It helps to compare experiences and if we don't then we are all toast!

You have to be a fighter to overcome this s#)t and very diligent.

Once I get symptom free again, I know better now then to let my guard down. I hope to develop some kind of maintenance protocol to avoid a new occurrence.

Since M is in our world now, we will have to learn to cleanse our system etc. in order to keep it disrupted.

No one can understand the horrific nightmare that M is when you are manifesting the symptoms. I tell my family that we all have it in us and I am trying to prepare those who will listen with how to deal with it.

I am convinced that keeping the pathways of detoxification open is one of the major answers to getting well again.

Also, just an idea with H.P. for the lungs, I may try it in a asthma type nebulizer.

I bought a good one from ebay.

I will let you know the results when I use it.
