I just felt very "unwell" all day and very dizzy and off kilter. No amount of lemonade was helping me, in fact the syrup which I cut to 1tbsp. was making me feel sicker like it was too sweet all of a sudden. I made a cup of chicken boullion because that was all I had and I thought some kind of "broth" would help me. I feel so much better -- maybe I needed the salt from it. Do you think this will hurt me? I still have 3 days to go...I'm disappointed that it's a "cheat" but I do feel better and I can't be laying in a bed non-functional with kids to take care of.
