Could pain in chest be die-off?

I have this stinging pain across my chest. It's not a heavy, crushing chest and there is no involvement with the left arm. Also, it's across the very top of my chest, right below my collarbone, and doesn't seem to go up into my neck. It doesn't change when I breathe in deeply. It isn't constant.

I've been using so much coconut oil, and I was coughing badly in the mornings, but didn't cough at all this morning. Could this just be the worms dying in my lungs? I also did a neti pot yesterday, because my nose as just so stopped up from the die-off.

I don't think this is my heart. I've had this pain before, but it was before I started cleansing. I went to the hospital and they said it was probably a strained muscle, but I haven't really done anything to strain my chest muscles lately.

Has anyone else ever experienced this during die-off? It's sort of scary, but I've had heart pain before, so I know how it feels. I've also had pneumonia and brochitis, and this isn't it either. I can breathe, so not my asthma acting up. I tend to think the VCO is killing off the wormies in my lungs, at least I hope so.
