So sorry for your dental pain and lack of insurance or funds to get to a dentist. I do not know AZ but perhaps you can find a dental school willing to help you. Try calling dentists in your area and see if they know of some schools or other help.

Right away you might see if oil pulling (go to the oil pulling forum here on curezone) can help your pain. I discovered oil pulling about 5 years ago when I had extreme pain that was a torqued (sprained) tooth. It felt just like a root canal problem only Vicodin and other pain meds would not touch the pain. Swishing 1 Tbs of Organic grape seed oil (the only oil I had in the house) in my mouth for 20+ minutes helped me right away.
