I know I will have most likely have a different story and I appreciate your being careful with your advice. I totally understand. We all have our own paths and must listen to what our own bodies are sharing with us! Still we are all human and it is a blessing to hear how things might work out in unexpected ways.

Since I am juice fasting right now --I have only added a little garlic to my veggie juices and to my oil pulling. The Schulze Super Tonic has garlic in it too and I am taking that with his Echinacea Plus tonic.

I will look for the Oil of Oregano.

My metabolic nutritionist has recommended
-goldenseal oil (can't find it retail will check Vitacost.com)
-Udo's Choice 3-6-9 (I had been taking Flaxseed oil)
-Organic Wheatgerm Oil (I don't know if I will try this I might bother my Gluten free experiment- I've been happy being gluten free for about 5 months.)
-Sesame Oil (For oil pulling instead of the coconut I was using.)
-Lavender Oil (Edible for topical use- 'Young Living' has one I have only a little left of it but can hardly reorder because it is so expensive.)

I have had trouble finding all of these but just listed them here in case they help you sometime or someone else who might read this.

Vitacost has North American Herb & Spice Oreganol Oil Of Oregano so I will most likely order from them.
