Please get some RealSalt or Celtic salt and try that. As for your BP, have you tried adding cayenne to your list of supplements. Cayenne has brought my mom's bp down from in the 140's over 90 to 124/60. I think she still is on bp meds, though.
Rebounding is simply jumping (you can do it very gently) on a mini trampoline. Sporting goods stores like Dicks and Sports Authority have them for about $30 or $40.
