Thanks for the peroxide info - that makes sense! Also to clarify, when I said "probiotics" I mean the health mart kind in the pill form. REAL probiotics that actually are effective are the fermented foods like kefir and kraut, so I should have specified. I eat all of those and have added water kefir to my list as well and I am convinced at least one fermented food should be a staple in one's diet.
