I personally suspect you will make no progress until you quit drinking beer and quit eating any bakery products(with wheat). There are crisp breads available that are made with only rye, sesame seeds and salt as an example.
I think all the good things you are doing are completely wiped out by the beer and wheat/yeast bread.
If you have heavy metal concerns read up on and take chlorella and cilantro.
To help flush toxins and improve your digestive system change your overall diet to emphasize raw fruit first, raw vegetables second, cooked vegetables third, and lastly meat/fish for protein.
