I have used Zymex ll on and off while killing parasites. Zymex is very effective in the intestinal tract for parasites like round worms, flukes and tapeworm.

As far as I know zymex does not work systemically. I used garlic, Wormwood and olive leaf to kill parasites throughout the body.

Diabetes is caused from not eating the right diet. Usually a diet high in processed carbs.
