I have a bottle of hydrogen peroxide, but I don't know the strength. Bottle volume is 120ml (4oz) and the label says

Hydrogen Peroxide 30mg
Acetanilide 1mg

Is this at least 3% hydrogen peroxide? Is Acentanilide safe for the skin?
