Well, all I can tell you, is that it helped us! My husband does not eat as much of it as I do, but he has little, curled-up ingrown hairs coming out all over his body, where one actually should have hair!

Many years of pain killers that he was on, after a horrible car accident, apparently suppressed the growth of his hair - on his legs, on his head, on his chest...

Since we have been eating Moringa, we have seen thousands of new hairs grow out, and we began to see those results within a couple of weeks of eating it.

I even took a photo of one section of his skin, in an area difficult for him to see, with hundreds of little dark hairs that were right under the surface of his skin. They looked like dots, about the diameter of a pencil lead, but when I ran my fingernail over them, they "popped" out of his skin - revealing a perfectly healthy - albeit curly - hair!
