You sound like me a bit. I have had AF, I believe since age 25. ( very mild than, and I did not know what it was than either. )

If I had know back than, all that I know now, I would have made a lot of changes, especially staying from Sugar foods, which I was addicted to and also not pushing myself in activities and exercising.
