I have adrenal insufficienc,thyroid (low),fibromyalgia,Mercury poisoning,I want to tell you that infrared sauna is very very bad for adrenal,if you are taking adrenal Rebuider(dr.wilson)(I take this i also take Rew thyoid )you don't use infrared sauna! when my body is very pain,i take Chinese herbs,10g AStragalus +10g Puerarin 10g+liquoric put them in to 2 bowls of water and cook to 1 bowl and

drink it after you get up in the morning .this is also good for adrenal,good for pain (neck and back) very effective.
