I more or less just eat what I want now. Zero Sugar and chemicals, lots of berries, cheese, boiled milk, indian food, rice, corn, chicken, beef, beans, oats, yogurt, honey, maple syrup, bananas, olive oil, soups, spinach, asparagus, string beans, onions, potatoes, garlic, eggs. I also drink a lot more than I did. Drinking is almost more important than eating for me.
Best thing is I can eat some gluten now, but not a lot. Maybe once a week or so. So there is almost no restriction if I want to have pizza or durum spaghetti or something. The one thing that has remained is that I'm sensitive to all preservatives like benzoic acid so I avoid those as much as I can and just cook from scratch. I soak beans like WP recommends and eat sourdough bread instead of regular white bread. Last few years I've become addicted to indian food so I'm eating lots of curry type things in the winter.
