I also get horrible die-off, and this is what I do to cope: Make sure to drink half your weight in water in oz (if you are 150 lbs, 75 oz of water a day). Drink lots of green veggie juice and eat lots green veggies. Take Epsom Salt baths daily with two cups of Epsom Salt in them. Try "oil-pulling" - swish coconut oil around in your mouth for about a minute. If you have access to a sauna, use it. Sweat out all of the toxins you can with exercise (even if you can only walk 5 minutes!) Do skin-brushing before you take a shower.
