Thanks again Ricky. Glad this diet works for you. I have to have that complete balance, but it still is fairly close to this diet you mention.
I've been hypoglycemic for well over 20 years and I believe in part there were to many years I did not stick well to the diet, even when I felt good and this down the road ( which I wish I knew back then) sucked me down the alley to adrenal fatigue, along of course with the emotional and physical stressors.
