Ordered Black Salve two weeks ago from this company. Had an issue getting the credit card to submit for payment. Some kind of error on their end it seemed. I emailed the company that I was having a Called them to place the order by phone and due to the early hour I supposed, no one answered. About ten minutes later got a call from Tim, the owner, and we processed my payment.

Haven't received the product, order placed September 28, 2012. Sent email inquiry october 7 @ 3:15 pm about product, no answer to email. Sent email again this morning. No response. Decided to do search and found this site with others with product delivery issues. Sent email again today @ 8:50 explaining that I planned to contact my credit card company to decline charges, the Better Business Bureau, The FDA and our state Attorney General... Got a call at 9:09 am.

Will be waiting for the product to arrive and then plan to have it analyzed by a local lab to confirm contents are what has been promised. Then proceed from there.
