I actually had a second opinion last month. The other oncologists just reiterated what the first said. Then when on the say that if the chemo didn't work it could mean that I actually have teratoma in the lymph nodes. Surgery would be the next course of action then.
Knowing the importance of the lymphatic system I can't see how taking some out would generate a truly healthy outcome though. It might by me some clear scans but little else.
