I stumbled across a thread in a "junkie" forum and DHD its a quite bad drug if taken frequently.

Not only its taxing for the liver but it has a double harmful effect on the brain: messes with serotonine and with acetylcholine.

Not a thing someone that already has social phobia, depression, agitation, insomnia wants to be taking.

I agree that has its uses, but we were discussing it in the setting of someone (i.e. me) that has daily insomnia and its looking for something to take daily.
