Re: Fat intolerance (and gallbladder pain) after third liver flush?

I know your discomfort and have been researching this too

So far ACV seems to be the most often quoted relief – some suggest a pinch of Epsom salts dissolved in it to help dilate the ducts and allow obstructions to pass easier

Apples or apple juice have also been quoted – the malic acid is supposed to help soften the stones  - some say ACV and apples for at least a week before a flush
Limes/pears/grapefruit have also been suggested

Camomile tea - 5 cups a day has also been suggested - but I do not know exactly how it helps

Turmeric - half teaspoon a day - but again I don’t know how it is supposed to act exactly

Lecithin - 2 tablespoons a day has also been suggested – again to help emulsify fatty deposits

I have recently heard of a new experimental treatment where an agent is injected directly into the gall bladder that dissolves the stones in 2-3days and they are passed in the bile -  - need to do more reading on that

edit - i am nearing the end of a humaworm herbal clense which has lots of ingredients that increase bile flow so have been having some irregular symptoms  - yesterday i was uncomfortable with mild gall bladder pain  - some say excercise can help  - i did 20 minutes at a fast clip on a cross trainer and felt much better  - just thought i would pass it on.

updates 25/01/2013

Gold coin grass  (chinese herb ) - is said to help break up stones improving thier ability to pass out of the gall bladder  - usually supplied as an extract powered 5-7x concentrated  - i have read of dosages  approx 3grams twice a day with meals  - as preperation for flush  - coudl do with some fact based supporting study / paper

Chanca Piedra  - herb  - as per gold coin grass

Coptis - said to help with pain even during an attack or lodged stone  - need references

Curcuma  - as per Coptis

radish juice  - said to disolve stones  - so far only anecdotal reports  -

pepermint tea - similar to radish juice  -

dandelion  - belived to increase bile flow - some claim also helps disolve stones
