What was the name of the soap you used? Even if it's not available at this time, the ingredients may still be listed online somewhere and you could make a poultice or rub from them. Since it worked before, it would be good to try what was in the soap.

I hope you can figure this out, even if you could go to the doctor, they would just want to remove it surgically, regardless of what it is.
