jawbone infection question

I have had all of my teeth removed in the last two years and I am only 48. Most all of my teeth were blackish from the root up-and i could smell the infection.
My health has improved some-I still have stomach and eye problems. I got a thermal image scan and a electrodermal test and several jaw bone infections came up.
Question- how does on treat this?
Do I need a surgery?
