Good stuff there uchihaMadara. I have
been taking iodoral, but just yesterday
when I was looking to reorder I calculated
that the Lugol's would actually be cheaper,
so I'm going to try the liquid and put it
in a capsule when I take it. With the lamps,
what type of lamp or bulb or led's are
you using?? (do you know the wavelength?).
Just curious. I have a few light panels but
I can't remember the wavelength, maybe 590,
660, and 880's, but I can't remember for sure.
