Dan they look more red than usual... I think it' a reaction to the cocunut products you are using because you had swelling as well... also looks like they caused an angular cheilitis like irritation at the corners of your mouth... I think you should ditch the coconut products because they may not agree with you and find a new emoliant... or perhaps not depending on how you feel about the results... it's difficult to tell because your lips are wet.
