Is it that real AF is actually M.E or that M.E is actually A.F?

Lots of talk to adrenal function further down this page on the ink. However the diagnosis page talks that M.E can be correctly diagnosed with Spect and Xenon Spect scans of the brain, has anyone ever had these during their searches for whats wrong?
