On the documentary "Sick, Tired, & Nearly Dead," a lady had bad migraines and they went away when doing a juice fast and stayed away when adopting a plant-based diet. They same regime healed my different bad illness. I eat 80-10-10 style now. I wouldn't be surprised if it helped your Depression too.
The person above gave you a link to FasterEFT and I was going to recommend that to help your Depression as I believe emotional traumas are at the root of most illness and then a bad diet fuels that illness.
