I switched from ARL after 2 months. I was on a fast train and it was crazy-

Helping me, yes, but I had someone from TEI read my tests, and it was completely different take -
And I retested and had gotten worse (3 lows now).

So IDK. Why is NB like this? These two labs read things very differently.

I am on a slow train now but would like to speed things up soon and also get more dietary guidelines.

Onwards, you are one of a few people I know who got steadily better on ARL - a lot of people I know are getting worse.

Is it true? Are you seeing that?
