Re: Long term effects of seriphos?

Im sorry you are still suffering dude, but god would I swap places with you at the moment for some sleep!

Do you think that potentially your Seriphos was contaminated? So many synthetic vitamins are, and there are a whole heap of stories who have ended up with CFS/ME type symptoms since taking a vitamin supplement.

Seriphos reduces cortisol by tell the pituitary to not send the alarm bells to the adrenals, but this takes MONTHS of high doses, god its barely touched mine after six weeks of 8 tabs a day, so i dont think it will have done any permanent damage.

If you have the money, maybe try ordering an ASI test and then you will see how low your cortisol has gone, then you could see an MD if its Addisons level low. This may or may not of been caused by the Seriphos, but maybe a slight tip over the edge. The stress and duress benzo WD causes, god im suprised anyones body gets over it. There is some minor reports about it increasing dopamine, and I have felt a little 'stoned' after taking it sometimes, which adds to the DR/DP feeling of WD but it normally wears off for me after a couple of hours.
