Ec and working out
How many people here work out regularly?
I worked out for six years, 5-6 days a week, was in the best shape of my life, and that gave me joy and self confidence at an extremely high level. Ec hit me right at this point, which is why I've never bought into the whole stress/
Depression theory in relation to getting ec(though I do buy that this may indeed slow healing).
I haven't been working out recently for two reasons. The first being the
Depression of having a bombshell such as ec dropped on my awesome, fun, partyin lifestyle. I truly admire someone like daniel who is positive and happy through this(and I think that's been invaluable to his incredible progress, congrats btw dan). But I have to admit this has been a huge struggle for me.
The other reason I haven't been working out is I may be paranoied, but I'm afraid of making it worse. I work out very hard, and I'm concerned heavy breathing/grunting may dry out my lips. Also, I'm nervous to sweat a lot and have my ec react negatively to my sweat. Sweat being waste.
I know I'm probably being paranoied, but I'm interested to hear peoples experiences with working out and ec. And whether it can conceivably be harmful.
