Lumps on/under skin, + more. Parasites? please read. please help.

In Aug. 2003 I travelled to Equador. I travelled in remote areas along the rivers and went deep into the jungle. I was in areas with human feces and no sanitation. A few months after coming home I was fatigued, and very concerned. I went to the doctors and did some stool samples and had several parasites. I am worried that I have a form of filarias or onchoraisis. I have two lumps in my left arm and my right leg has swelling and electrical tingling. Weird. I get fevors in the night and sweat. From 11-2am. I don’t sleep and my eyes bother me. My face feels like larvae are coming out. Especially when in the sun outside. The small clear sacks are always coming out now. I used to be healthy, no skin issues. My skin is extremely dry and I get weird blood soars, like a water blister. My shins have white spots now. I have no insurance and sound like a lunatic. I am worried my eyes feel like something is inside, very itchy. I went to two Eye doctors. They said I have high blood pressure, and lots of veins showing. I have white scar tissue on them. A few years ago. My whole head swelled. My cheeks cracked and I went to the doctors and took medicine for poison oak. I had a severe swollen face red and hard for over three weeks. My ankles feel numb. My wrists feel numb. My lower jaw same feeling. I have been to the dentist for constant pain. I now ask the universe for help. Some people think Lymes disease. I have a swollen abdomen. It has been this way since 2003. I swam in the ocean here in the states, walk everyday, practiced yoga and love to dance. The swollen abdomen doesn.t fit in. When I went to the eye doctors I didn’t have the courage to say I thought I had larvae in them. What do you think the lumps are? Any idea what I might have?
