I don't think 6 flushes will be enough, do at least 10.
Even if you can get a lot of small ones out that will help.
Andreas said as long as the GB works (and is not dead) you can do the flush.

I have lived with 1 big gallstone for 10 years but I don't
know if it will be for ever. My doctor does not seem to be worried.
